A: At Stockpile Express, we guarantee that all in-stock orders received by 4pm EST Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed after 4pm EST will ship the next business day.

Q: What are my shipping options?
A: During the checkout process you will select a shipping method from a dropdown box, including Next Day, 2nd Day Air, Standard Ground, Common Carrier.

Q: How can I check the status of my order?
A: You can use the package tracking number contained in your confirmation email to check the status of your order.

Q: Can I ship my order directly to my customer?
A: For security reasons, orders may be shipped only to the set list of addresses you establish when you set up your account.

Q: My order was damaged in transit, what should I do?
A: If your package arrived damaged, contact us at 833-392-0114 or customerservice@stockpileexpress.com. Defective or unacceptable product conditions must be reported to us within 72 hours of receipt. You will then have up to 30 days to return the item(s).
